GM-1M Grouting & Mixing Plant
Designed and fabricated in Australia using precision 3D SolidWorks modelling, the GM-1M Grouting & Mixing Plant delivers efficient, high-capacity grouting in a compact footprint. With a robust hydraulic system, user-friendly controls, and optional data acquisition for real-time performance tracking, it’s built to meet the demanding needs of civil and geotechnical contractors. Engineered for simplicity, reliability, and portability, this plant is ideal for efficient on-site operation.
Specifications:
- 1–1.5 m³/h maximum mixing capacity (with water/cement ratio = 1:1)
- Mixing tank capacity: 150 litres (Turbo mix pump, open impeller type, 700 l/min max. delivery @ 1 Bar, hydraulically driven)
- Includes bag breaker and hopper mounted on the side of the mixing tank
- Max flow rate 100 l/min, max pressure 12.0 bar
